Some Communication Guidelines

We all had our holidays and now it is time to do a lot of work. As we are entering some of the busiest months, you should know several things about communicating with us.

If you hear the automated message on our main phone number during the working hours, please leave a message,or try again later. Chances are we may be pretty busy handling office events or other phone calls. When you leave the message please include your contact phone number if you need us to contact you.

If you are sending e-mail,please be aware that there may be slight delay in responding to some of your questions. We will try to answer as soon as possible, but in some cases you will receive automated reply directing you to check web resources.

Topics or reply to topics on our Board will be answered in just a couple of days, but some issues may require our investigation. In complicated cases you will be informed by a public or a private message on the Board about further procedure.

Messages on social network sites, such as Facebook or Twitter, will be answered when we see them. Facebook messages on our Page may not be seen immediately,so be patient or direct your questions to office@iacbg.org.

As we move along, there will be more and more ways of communicating with us online. Phones may be way too busy, but that’s not the end of the world and an excuse to give up or be angry. We are constantly clogged answering easy questions and that’s why our focus has changed from chatting the day away to directing you to online resources. Our web site will soon be changed and there will be more space for organized set of important documents.
