Group work is done two times a week according to the scheduled timetable.

GMAT and GRE preparations are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:30 to 20:30, but may include other days of the week, TOEFL preparations are on Wednesdays and Fridays, while SAT preparations are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00.

Double time slots during the day for SAT and TOEFL are aimed to high school students and others who have obligations in the morning or afternoon respectively. The classes are the same during the day and students choose which one to attend.

In addition to the mentioned times, timetables of group work can include other class days, and this will be announced in advance.

Before the start of the group work, free placement test may be needed. This test is used by teachers to assess the knowledge of English language of the candidate and to have better insight in planning the work with the group.

Group work preparations usually last eight weeks. In most cases, students can join the preparations at any time and continue with the next group. If students miss some classes, they can join the next preparation group to catch up. Current program for TOEFL preparation is six weeks.

SAT preparations are made to suit specific official exams during the year. Other group preparations do not follow the calendar of tests as they are organized during the whole year.

Cost for test preparation does not include the registration fees for the official test.
